Tru Cutz Barbershop Announces 9th Annual, “Go Back Tru” Event!
Saratoga Springs, NY – Tru Cutz Barbershop is thrilled to announce its 9th Annual "Go Back Tru" back-to-school event, set to take place on September 1st and 2nd, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at 45 Park Place, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. This beloved community tradition, dedicated to supporting local students from PreK to 12th grade, promises to be bigger and better than ever, rain or shine.
This year’s two-day event will feature free haircuts, free backpacks filled with school supplies, food and beverages, lawn activities, games, and a host of family-friendly fun. Tru Cutz continues its mission to uplift the community by providing essential resources and a joyful start to the school year for students and families.
This year’s "Go Back Tru" event is dedicated to the memory of Tru Cutz dear friend, Kimberly Galvin Janelle, who passed away in 2024. Since 2016, Kimberly was a cornerstone of this event, tirelessly helping to distribute backpacks and school supplies alongside every free haircut. Her unwavering dedication and generosity touched the lives of countless families and left an indelible mark on our community. We honor her legacy by making this year’s event as impactful as ever.
