Originally from Long Island, New York, Henry started cutting hair as a kid out of necessity, which quickly turned into a lifelong passion. With 21 years of experience, he began self-taught and now co-owns Tru Cutz Barber Shop in Saratoga Springs. He loves barbering for the freedom it gives him and the chance to boost people’s confidence through connection and care. Clients say they come back for the good vibes, real conversations, and the precision he brings to every cut.

Originally from Fulton County and got into barbering after too many bad haircuts as a kid — once he experienced a real barbershop, he knew it was for him. Tyler has been cutting hair for 4 years, trained at Tru Cutz from the start, and completed a master barber program. What he loves most is building genuine friendships with clients and creating a space where people feel welcome. Outside the shop, he’s into skateboarding and jiu jitsu — and in the chair, you can expect good vibes, great cuts, and a handshake every time.

Originally from Mississippi, barbering runs in Damiens family—it’s a trade he grew up around. With 20 years of experience and formal training from barber school, he takes pride in earning his clients’ trust. People appreciate his attention to detail and the genuine conversations they share in the chair. Outside the shop, Damien enjoys playing golf, attending sports events, and traveling.

Originally from Ballston Spa and got into barbering while serving in the military. Aaron has been cutting hair for nearly 4 years and trained at Paul Mitchell in Schenectady. Clients appreciate his consistent cuts, positive energy, and the confidence they leave with. Outside the shop, Aaron’s into video games and concerts, and he’s always excited to welcome new and familiar faces to his chair.
